Whatever the reason you need to return a purchase, the reality is we have to associate some cost to the return process as it burns up a great deal of resources in the office.

We are able to offer a product exchange, or provide in-store credit that is redeemable within 1 year. If you want your money back, you are subject to 20% restocking fee. On special orders, there is a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. Sorry no exceptions.
